Help with the rules, the Minotaur, bots, and anything that isn't behaving.

Email us. Tell us your device and iOS version, which mode you were playing, and what happened — it saves a round trip. We reply to most messages within two business days.

Common questions

How many people can play?

Two to four, all on one device, passing it around as turns go. You can fill any seat with a bot, so a solo game or a three-player game with one bot both work.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. The game is completely offline — every tile, sound, and rule is bundled in the app. There's no account to make and nothing to sign in to.

Why did the whole board just rotate?

That's the Minotaur. When it stirs, the labyrinth turns and the paths you had mapped no longer run where you expected. It's the central hazard of the game rather than a bug. You can turn Minotaur activity down in the setup options if you'd like a gentler game.

What's the difference between Classic and Explorer mode?

Classic is the short game: flip tiles, follow arrows, first to three gold coins wins. Explorer mode adds two meeples per player, hidden gold that moves, traps and pits, and a Minotaur that hunts actively. Explorer runs considerably longer.

What do the explorer classes do?

Each has one power, usable once per game: the Hoplite blocks an attack with a shield, the Oracle sees what's coming, the Archer takes a diagonal step, and the Demigod calls on divine favor. The full rules are in the app under the rules screen.

Can I change the difficulty of the bots?

Yes — three levels, set per bot when you configure players before a game.

The game is stuck or a turn won't advance

Force-quit and reopen first; that clears most of it. If it happens again, write to us with the mode, the number of players, and what was on screen when it stopped.

Reporting a bug

Send what happened, what you expected instead, and the steps that led there. Screenshots help more than anything else. If the app crashed, say whether it happens every time or only occasionally.
